Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s)

Are you aging in place but feel isolated in parts of your home?

You don’t have to do it alone; we can assist you with the changes you need to remain living safely at home. We offer preventative care that seeks to facilitate encounters with older people who may not require cognitive or physical care now but needs help remaining well and independent to avoid or prevent functional decline. Identifying safety issues with the goal of preventing falls, social community awareness and orientation to the possibility of home care in the future.
